After the death of the founder, it shall be sought by the person to whom the founder has entrusted such task and who has accepted it.

In default of such person, it shall be sought by those persons who have drawn up the act of endowment or who have been witnesses to it or who hold that act in deposit.
Where the persons who are bound to seek the approval of the act of endowment fail to do so, the approval of the act may be sought, three months after the death of its author, by the public prosecutor or by any interested party.
