Unless otherwise prescribed by the act of constitution of the trust, such rendering of accounts shall take place every year during the month determined by the trustee at the beginning of his management.

The Court may for good cause authorize an interested party to ask for the accounts at an intermediate time, or authorize the trustee to delay or modify otherwise the date fixed for the rendering of the accounts.
