The family arbitrators may, at the request of both spouses, modify the terms of the contract of marriage as provided for in Article 558.

The arbitrators may, at the request of one of the spouses only, modify such terms if the interests of the family so requires. The other spouse shall be heard if possible. If the terms are modified, the other spouse may appeal to the Court.
A copy of the modifications made shall be deposited in, the registry of the Court or with a notary.
