alienating a common immovable or encumbering a common immovable with a hypothec, charge or other limited right
alienating a common movable the value of which exceeds one thousand Nakfas, or securities registered in the name of both spouses;
contracting a loan exceeding two thousand Nakfas; and
making a gift exceeding two hundred Nakfas or standing surety for a debt of a third party in an amount exceeding two hundred Nakfas.
