debts contracted in order to ensure the livelihood of the spouses or their children;
debts contracted in order to fulfill an obligation of support to which the spouses or one of them is bound;
debts contracted in order to ensure the education of the children and the further education or professional training of either of the spouses; and
other debts which are acknowledged to be debts incurred in the interest of the household by the family arbitrators at the request of a spouse or creditor.
