the circumstances mentioned in Article 135 of this Code are extant;
a record of marriage drawn up by a religious authority is produced by the plaintiff;
a contract of marriage as provided in Article 558 is produced by the plaintiff; or
the defendant spouse acknowledges the existence of the marriage, or there are presumptions or circumstantial evidence resulting from constant and sufficiently serious facts to enable the Court to grant the authorization.
