It shall terminate where the Court orders its dissolution as a sanction for breach of one of the conditions of the marriage in accordance with Chapter 4 of the current Title.
It shall be terminated by divorce.
It shall be terminated where the absence of a spouse is declared by the Court in accordance with Chapter 4 of Title I of Book I.
