Any party to family arbitration proceedings may, in the terms of the arbitral submission and on the conditions laid down in Article 642, appeal from any arbitral award.

The parties may waive their right of appeal. Nevertheless a waiver shall be of no effect if it was made without full knowledge of the circumstances.
The provisions in the Civil Procedure Code regarding the making and hearing of an appeal from a judgment shall, a pply by analogy to the making and hearing of an appeal from an award.
