No award may be remitted to the reconsideration of the family arbitrators who made it, except where the appeal is made on any of the grounds mentioned in Article 642 paragraph (a) and (b).

Where an award is remitted, the family arbitrators shall, unless otherwise directed in the order of remission, make their second award within three months of the date of such order.
Where a portion only of an award is remitted, the remainder may be enforced pending the making of the second award if it is capable of execution.
