Article 719

having intentionally caused the death of the deceased or the death of a descendant, ascendant or spouse of the deceased;
having attempted to kill any one of such persons; or
having made a false accusation or testimony which might have entailed the condemnation of any one of such persons to capital punishment or imprisonment for more than ten years, shall lose his capacity to succeed the deceased as unworthy.
