When the registers are complete, the duplicates shall be deposited in the Court registry of the chief town of the region or in such other place as may be prescribed, being in any event not the same place as where the registers are stored.

The duplicates of the registers kept by the consuls shall be sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to be stored there.
Upon receiving the duplicates the person who is constituted depositary thereof shall bind them.
