Where there are several liquidators they shall act together, without prejudice to any stipulation to the contrary by the deceased or the Court.

The liquidators may distribute among themselves the tasks which the liquidation involves, or entrust one of them with a mandate to make such liquidation.
In the absence of such stipulations or mandate, if a liquidator performs by himself an act of the liquidation, the rules relating to voluntary management of the affairs of another person shall apply.
