During the meeting, the liquidator shall establish who are the heirs or legatees of the deceased, and to what portion of the succession each of them is entitled.

He shall inform the interested persons, without delay, of the manner in which the succession should devolve.
For the purpose of sub-Article (2) the expression “interested persons” means the persons who are called to receive the property of the deceased, and those who, in the absence of a will, would have been called to receive it.
