This right may not be exercised by the creditors of the heir, without prejudice to Article 848.
The minor and the interdicted person may only accept the succession under the benefit of inventory. Renunciation of the succession by the same persons must be approved by the Court.
The choice may not be made with a time limit or under a condition.
