The portion which he has renounced shall devolve upon his co-heirs who have accepted the succession, and, where appropriate, to the heirs who come next.
The heirs who have already accepted the succession may renounce such portion within thirty days from the day when the renunciation of their co-heir is brought to their knowledge.
