Until the final partition of the succession has been effected, the persons referred to in Article 869 may require that the provisional valuation of the property made by the liquidator be revised.

The expenses of the valuation by experts shall be charged to the succession where the provisional valuation is found to be incorrect.
In other cases, the expenses shall be charged to the person who has given cause to them.
