the expenses of the affixing of seals and of the inventory and those of the account of the liquidation;
the useful expenses incurred by the liquidator for the ordinary preservation, support and administration of the property of the inheritance;
the expenses of the partition and those of the transmission of the property of the inheritance to the heirs; and
estate duty.
