Where the claim relates to periodical dues payable for a specified period of time, the value of the capital producing such dues shall be indicated in the statement of claim.

Where the claim relates to periodical dues payable for an unspecified period of time, then, for purposes of pecuniary jurisdiction only, the value of the annual amount of such dues multiplied by twenty shall be indicated in the statement of claim.
