Where the court is satisfied that evidence other than that produced by the parties is required for the proper determination of the suit, it shall give an interlocutory judgment ordering the production of such evidence as it considers necessary.

The order shall contain:
which evidence on which facts or issues in dispute is needed (documents, witnesses, expert evidence, local investigation);
which party has to produce the evidence;
the place, time and date of the re-opening of the hearing; and
the date for submitting the documents to the court and the exchange thereof between the parties.
