perishable goods;
any property the affixing of seals to which might cause deterioration; or
any property required for the use of a party to the suit that is specifically exempted from sealing by the court.
Where any property is committed to the use of any person under the preceding sub-Article, the official sealer shall make and deposit in court an inventory of all such property.
