The court to which a decree is transferred shall have the same powers in executing such decree, and its orders in execution shall be subject to the same rules regarding appeals, as if the decree had been issued by itself.

The court to which a decree is transferred shall certify to the court which issued such decree the fact of execution or, where the former court fails to execute the same, the circumstances attending such failure.
