resists a public official in the exercise of his lawful duties;
fails to leave an unlawful assembly or a prohibited place when lawfully requested to do so by a public official;
fails to assist a public official in averting a public danger or catastrophe, when lawfully requested to do so and when such is possible without danger or harm; or
fails to obey a lawful decision of a competent authority, when notified of such under pain of penalty under this Article,
is guilty of interference with authority, a Class 2 petty offence, punishable with a definite term of imprisonment of not less than 1 month and not more than 6 months, or a fine of 5,001 – 20,000 Nakfas, to be set in intervals of 1,000 Nakfas.
