as part of an unlawful assembly or mob; or
who in doing so uses or threatens to use a weapon; or
who in doing so causes bodily injury to any person; or
where the victim is a member of the police or armed forces, executive, legislative or judicial institutions, acting in his official capacity,
is guilty of aggravated violence against a public official, a Class 8 serious offence, punishable with a definite term of imprisonment of not less than 3 years and not more than 5 years.
