carries such firearms or explosives in a public building, place or meeting, or in a motor vehicle;
carries such firearms or explosives into a prison, or any other place used for detention of criminals;
obtains such firearms or explosives as a result of commission of another offence; or
carries such firearms or explosives or has about his person a concealed firearm or explosive, while on board or while attempting to board an aircraft,
is guilty of aggravated possession of firearms or explosives, a Class 7 serious offence, punishable with a definite term of imprisonment of not less than 5 years and not more than 7 years.
