sells or delivers a firearm or explosive to a person under 18 years of age, a member of a gang, a person charged with a serious offence, or an escaped convict or a dangerous person;
obtains such firearms or explosives as a result of commission of another offence; or
carries on a business of trafficking in firearms or explosives,
is guilty of aggravated possession or trafficking, a Class 5 serious offence, punishable with a definite term of imprisonment of not less than 10 years and not more than 13 years.
