Article 258

creates a risk to the health or safety of a large number of people;
causes serious bodily injury to another person; or
adulterates a large quantity of goods, medicines or medicinal products,
is guilty of aggravated adulteration of goods, medicines or medicinal products, a Class 7 serious offence, punishable with a definite term of imprisonment of not less than 5 years and not more than 7 years.
If any person exposed to a contamination as described in Article 257 dies as a direct effect of the contamination, the offender
is guilty of murder, punishable under Article 275.
