Every person who intentionally solicits, encourages, abets, helps, advises, or incites another or others to commit an offence is guilty of an offence and is liable to the punishment prescribed for the offence that was so furthered, where the offence intended to be committed was committed or where any other offence was committed that he was virtually certain would be committed in the furtherance of the intended offence.
