The prohibition may be of a permanent or temporary nature having regard to the gravity of the offence, the character of the offender and the circumstances of the case. A temporary prohibition may be for a period of from one to ten years.
The Court shall give reason for its decision and shall specify the territorial area to which the prohibition extends and its duration.
