Civil appeal path

Article 361 of the 2015 Civil Procedure Code describes a first appeal as of right from each listed court to the next level.

It states that Community Court decisions move to the Regional Court, Regional Court decisions to the High Court, and High Court decisions to the Supreme Court.

Filing sequence in the Code
