Article 1002
Reward to Finder
(1)
The Court may, where appropriate, grant to the finder a reward not exceeding one quarter of the value of the object found.
#(2)
In deciding whether a reward ought to be granted and in fixing its amount, the Court shall have regard to the financial position of the parties concerned and the chance the owner had of finding the object himself.
#(3)
The right to apply for a reward shall be barred where the finder does not exercise it within the year following restitution.
