Article 1069
Title Deeds
(1)
The issuance, by the administrative authorities of a title deed to the effect that a given immovable property belongs to a given person shall raise a presumption that such person is the owner of such property.
#(2)
The fees to be charged on delivery, to cover the expenses of the administrative authorities and to meet the liability of such authorities arising from delivery, shall be prescribed by regulations.
