Article 1070
Proof to the Contrary
The presumption laid down in Article 1069 shall be rebutted where it is shown that;
#(a)
the title deed was not issued in accordance with the law or was issued by an authority having no jurisdiction;
#(c)
the plaintiff acquired the ownership of the immovable property at a date subsequent to the date on which the title deed was drawn up.
