Article 1175
Alteration of a Work
(1)
Notwithstanding assignment of the copyright in the work, the author has the right to claim the authorship of his work.
#(2)
Notwithstanding assignment of the copyright in the work, the author has the right to oppose any distortion, mutilation or other impairment of the work that could be prejudicial to the name or reputation of the author or to his dignity in that capacity.
#(3)
Notwithstanding assignment of the copyright in the work and notwithstanding any stipulation of the contrary, the author may prevent his work, if altered by a third party, from being presented as his own.
