Works Produced By Several Authors. - 1. Rights of Co-Authors

Where each of the authors contributed in a different type of work, each of them may, unless otherwise agreed, utilize separately his personal contribution provided that such utilization is not detrimental to the use of the common work.

Where the copyright in a work is co-owned by two or more persons, it may be enforced by any one of them, unless otherwise agreed.
