Article 1284
Personal Notification of Decision
(1)
Within fifteen days from the end of the term stipulated in the previous Article the expropriating authority shall, in writing via registered mail, inform those owners and other interested parties that have timely expressed their views whether the declaration of public utility is withdrawn, amended, and if so how, or maintained.
#(2)
The expropriating authority shall thereby specify the reasons for maintaining or amending the declaration of public utility.
