Article 1301
True Value Indemnified
(1)
Only the true value, not the emotional value the property has for the expropriated party shall be indemnified.
#(2)
The true value is the value that the expropriating authority and the expropriated party would have agreed to after entering into normal commercial negotiations for the acquisition of the property.
