Article 1970
Inventory
Where a statement showing the condition of the thing or an inventory has been made by the owner and the holder, the latter shall restore the thing as he has received it, according to such statement or inventory.
#Failing such inventory, the thing shall be deemed to have been in good condition when the holder received it. In the case of an immovable, the thing shall be deemed not to have comprised any accessories. Evidence shall be admitted to rebut such presumptions.
#Where a statement showing the condition of the thing or an inventory has been drawn up unilaterally by one of the parties and has not been approved by the other, the Court shall give to such statement or inventory the credit which, in the circumstances, it thinks it deserves.
