Civil Code · English · 2015 Article 2478Securities Due to Surety The surety, even before he has paid, may take action against the debtor and demand securities from him where:#(a)the debtor has been given notice to perform his obligation;#(b)the debtor has been declared bankrupt; or#(c)either by reason of the losses the debtor has suffered or as result of a fault commited by him the surety runs a considerably greater risk than when he undertook the suretyship.# ← Article 2477Article 2479 →
