Article 2725
Period of Appointment
(1)
The conciliator shall act as a conciliator for the period of time agreed to by the parties or, in the absence of any such limit, within six months from the date of his appointment.
#(2)
During this period, a party may initiate or continue arbitral or judicial proceedings with respect to matters submitted to conciliation only if necessary to preserve his rights.
