Article 2727
Role of Conciliator
(1)
By agreeing to an appointment as conciliator, the conciliator agrees to assist the parties in an independent and impartial manner in their attempt to reach an amicable settlement of their dispute.

He shall follow the procedures agreed to by the parties and give them an opportunity to state their views fully.
