Article 2731
Termination of Conciliation Proceeding
(1)
The parties terminate a conciliation proceeding when they expressly undertake in writing to confirm the settlement or when they sign a written memorandum stating that they have agreed to terminate the proceeding.
#(2)
A conciliation proceeding is also terminated when each conciliator, after consulting with the parties, signs a written memorandum stating that further efforts at conciliation are not justified.
