Article 356
Powers and Organs
(1)
The powers of the bodies referred to in the preceding articles as well as the organs which are authorized to represent such bodies shall be prescribed by administrative law.
#(2)
They may impose on such organs the observance of specified conditions or formalities for the exercise of certain rights.
