Article 359
Extra-Contractual Liability
(1)
The bodies referred to in this Chapter shall be liable for any damage arising from the fault or act of their organs or employees in accordance with the provisions of the Title of this Code relating to Non-contractual obligations.
#(2)
They shall, in accordance with the provisions of the same Title, pay back any unlawful enrichment which they have derived.
