Article 357
Failure to Comply with Legal Requirements
(1)
Acts performed by the bodies referred to in this Chapter in excess of the powers given to them by law or which fail to comply with the conditions or formalities required by law shall be of no effect.
#(2)
The provisions of sub-Article (1) shall apply notwithstanding that nullity is not expressly provided by law in such circumstances.
