Article 559
Incapacity of a Spouse
(1)
When the person contracting the contract of marriage as provided in Article 558 is a minor, the consent of the minor and of the guardian shall be required.
#(2)
The contract of marriage as provided in Article 558 is a judicially interdicted person shall be of no effect unless it is entered into by the interdicted person himself and approved by the Court.
