Article 561
Deposit of Contract
(1)
A copy of the contract of marriage as provided in Article 558 shall be deposited in the registry of the Court or with a notary.
#(2)
The copy specified in sub-Article (1) may be freely consulted there by either of the spouses or by any person authorized for this purpose by the spouses or by the Court.
