Article 567
Management of Family. - 1. General Case
(1)
The spouses shall co-operate in the interest of the family, on the basis of equal rights and responsibilities of both sexes, to ensure the moral and material direction of the family, the upbringing of the children and the preparation of the children for their place in society.

The undertakings made by the spouses in this regard in the contract of marriage as provided in Article 558 shall be given effect to.
