Article 693
Duration of Obligation of Support of Former Spouse
(1)
If the provision of support by a former spouse to the other former spouse following their divorce is ordered in the form of periodical payments, the Court may limit the duration of this obligation.
#(2)
If, according to criteria of reasonableness and equity, termination of the provision of support is manifestly unacceptable the Court may, upon the application of the person claiming the support, extend the duration of the obligation.
