Article 701
4. Agreement between Co-debtors
(1)
The debtors may validly agree, as regards their reciprocal relations, that support shall be provided to the creditor by one of them.
#(2)
If the creditor has adhered to such agreement, he may not make a claim against the other debtors to obtain support unless he has a serious reason for not respecting such agreement.
