Article 827
2 Anticipated Opening
(1)
The date mentioned in Article 826 (1) may be put forward where the deceased has so ordered or this appears necessary for the purpose of making arrangements for his funeral or the majority of the heirs called in the first place by the law agree to the putting forward of the date of the opening.

Where any of the heirs called in the first place is not in a position to be present or represented at the anticipated opening of the will, the will shall, prior to its opening, be deposited with a notary or in the registry of the Court in the place where it is to be found.
